We are looking for talented and enthusiastic nurses to join our team in Poland!

This is a home based position, living within any of these areas:

Szczecin, Drawsko Pomorskie, Zagan, Swietoszow, Trzebien, and Boleslawiec.

You will be working as a key member of our medical team providing medical case management with our in-country providers, undertake translations, lead projects, and work closely with management personnel both for the client and internally.

Key responsibilities include:-

• Providing in-patient clinical case management of client members, including status reports whilst patient is in care
• Visiting or liaising with providers for medical information related to case management
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with local network providers and client members
• Conduct site audits in order to assess scope, safety and quality of service

You will:-

• Be a Registered General Nurse or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Hold a valid registration to practice nursing in Poland 
• Be fluent in spoken and written Polish and English
• Have experience of working in accordance with a Code of Professional Conduct
• Have experience of Microsoft Office software
• Have broad professional experience dealing with the public/patients/other health professionals
• Have worked in a multidisciplinary team
• Understand the medical culture and organisation in Poland
• Be an effective communicator with interpersonal skills
• Be able to demonstrate enthusiasm for developing nursing skills
• Be able to work under pressure
