Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Sales Support Executive on a 6 months Part Time (24 hours per week) maternity contract to join our team in Farnborough (ASAP start). You will be providing administrative support to the sales and account management team. They will be responsible for helping the sales team, across all business lines, to reach and exceed targets by providing a consistent and efficient administrative function.

Reporting to the Head of Account Management, the Sales Support Executive will primarily be responsible for: 

  • Managing equipment order process and proactively contacting clients to ensure on-time resupplies.
  • Membership renewal and new business order processing
  • Accurate recording of client contractual documents
  • Assisting with the operational on-boarding of new clients, including Operational and Billing procedures
  • Provide first line support for the Client Membership App and Portal
  • Account receivables collections
  • Marketing event coordination and support
  • OEM support to drive utilisation through educating them on MedAire services
  • CRM (Salesforce) champion, reviewing reports and analysis to help drive best practice within team
  • Participating in client review meetings and presenting on client specific activity and utilisation with Business Development Manager / Account Manager
  • Providing out-of-office support to team
  • Ad hoc queries and requests

Qualifications

Required Work Experience

  • Experience in an operationally / commercially focused analytical and/or Customer Services role.
  • Experience in an administrative support role, e.g. PA

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Excellent numeric, written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous projects simultaneously
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM applications – preference for previous Salesforce use)
  • Strong individual that can work autonomously and within a team to deliver results.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness. Ability to work in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment where collaboration is the norm
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently (oral and written) is an absolute must. Ability to speak another language will be an advantage. 
  • Educated to College or Degree level
  • Limited travel may be required as part of the role.
