Job Description

We are currently recruiting an Account Manager on a permanent contract to join our team in Farnborough, Hampshire. As part of an established and successful team, this role is responsible for managing and developing the Aviation client base in the European region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, retain and develop a designated portfolio of aviation clients in Europe.
  • Regular contact and face to face meeting with European based designated client portfolio.
  • Cross selling and up selling the range of products and services available to the predefined list of existing accounts.
  • Support the senior management in the development of Business Plans and account reviews.
  • Collaborate with International SOS and MedAire colleagues around the world to identify sales opportunities and support client development.
  • Lead the implementation of new services for existing clients, or the outright implementation of new clients.
  • Maintain accurate data on the company's CRM system (Salesforce).

Qualifications

  • Previous account management experience within a business-to-business
    environment.
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry would be beneficial, but not necessary.
  • Excellent numeric, written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous projects simultaneously.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness. Ability to work in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment where collaboration is the norm.
