Job Description

We are currently recruiting an Account Manager to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. As part of the Benelux Sales & Marketing team, this role is responsible for renewals and account extensions in dedicated markets in Belgium and Luxembourg.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively managing a predefined list of existing accounts to ensure 100% renewal is achieved.
  • Cross selling and up selling the range of products and services available to the predefined list of existing accounts.
  • Generating proposals, pricing and contract negotiation across all medical and security service solutions as per guidelines and assigned clients or prospects.
  • Managing quarterly business review meetings with clients, visiting network events and giving presentations.
  • Coordinate experts from all departments (legal, finance, operations, health, security, online) to consolidate responses to tenders.
  • Acquire an in-depth knowledge of the market, drivers, products and services
  • Providing consistent administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Department in relation to the client renewal process, onboarding of clients and client reporting.
  • In conjunction with Operations, investigating and preparing draft responses to complaints handling and quality assurance events.
  • Interfacing effectively with the Sales and Marketing, Operations, Billing, Commercial Desk and IT teams to develop and maintain strong working relationships to support the efficient and effective management of clients.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

  • Exposure to working in a cross-border engagement sales environment.
  • Experience in an operationally / commercially focused analytical and/or Customer Services role.
  • High profile networking ability, strong relationship building skills and confidence with senior decision makers
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous projects simultaneously and drive change
  • Excellent numeric, written and oral communication skills in English, Flemish and French.
