Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive on a permanent contract to be based in Amsterdam. The successful candidate will devote their time to renewing a predefined list of existing accounts across Market Segments (EMI, Corporate, Government). 

In this role, you will be the first point of contact with existing customers, answer their queries and increase client satisfaction. If you enjoy coming up with effective solutions and working toward achieving goals in an international environment, this job is right for you. You will use your communication skills to identify and address clients’ needs while representing our company in a positive way. Previous customer service experience will be an advantage. Ultimately, you will contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships with our clients to reach our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and contact existing clients to understand their changing requirements and work on a sales plan
  • Provide after-sales support and organize business reviews to retain customers
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries
  • Build strong client relationships, through regular communication
  • Suggest company products/ services that maximize client satisfaction
  • Communicate product and pricing details clearly
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts (medical & security) to leverage and customize sales plans for key clients
  • Promote new products/services to existing customers

Qualifications

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Ability to communicate in English and Dutch fluently (both oral and written) is required.
  • Proven work experience in a commercial / sales administrative support role 
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Educated to Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)

Travel Requirements 

  • Local Benelux travel for client meetings may be required (max up to 20% of the role)
