We are currently looking for an Italian-speaking Marketing Executive Intern to join our Milan office for a 6 month contract.

This role will support both Italian and Southern Europe Marketing team in delivering the marketing agenda : event management, marketing campaign management and lead generation.

Main Responsabilities

Event Management

• Support the Italian calendar of events including International SOS hosted events, co-hosted events with partner organizations, industry events, webinars, internal events and travel fairs with clients.

Marketing campaigns and collateral

• Support team to localize assets from English to Italian

• Create marketing campaign collaterals (emailing, website, newsletters) using our marketing automation tool

• Ensure adequate supplies and tracking of marketing brochures, stationery, branded items and publications for the sales teams.

Marketing Intelligence and Lead Generation

• Market studies (competitors and key players on the market, market prospecting)

• Follow-up leads generated by our campaigns, qualify prospects and opportunities and work closely with the sales team on the sales conversion

• Report on campaign ROI

   

• Bachelor’s degree level, or equivalent

• The successful candidate is likely to have demonstrated previous success in a marketing role including event management

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous projects simultaneously and drive change

• Languages : Native Italian and very good command in English

Travels requirement : First 2 weeks of induction will be in our premises in Paris
