We are recruiting an Implementation Coordinator to join our Product Engineering Group in Paris ! 

Job Description

The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for the implementation, maintenance and quality of all data feeds in place for our global client base. This includes liaising with the travel agencies and data vendors on a global scale and ensuring connections are established in a timely fashion and maintained throughout the client lifecycle. Once the data feeds are implemented the Implementation Coordinator is responsible for viewing the internal quality control reports in place and ensure the data feeds remain operational and escalating to the appropriate departments where necessary.

Your main responsibilities will be : 

  • Implementation of data feeds with travel agencies and data vendors on a global basis.
  • Manage live data feed updates. 
  • Identify data issues and follow-up with appropriate parties to bring to resolution.
  • Reconciliation of quality control reports for data feeds.
  • Proactive communication with travel agencies to ensure implementation deadlines are met.
  • Track and maintain all interactions with travel agencies, vendors and customers related to data feeds implementation.
  • Recommend and maintain changes in procedures to keep high customer focus.
  • Support and spontaneously join the Client Success managers in client meetings (face-to-face, calls etc.), to provide technical expertise.  
  • Report on implementation status to Client Success managers and / or clients. 

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a 1-3 years related work experience, who's interested in data processing topics and who's had previous work experience in a multicultural environment is a plus. 

In terms of skills and knowledge, we'd like someone with:

  • Experience in the travel industry and Global Distribution Systems (GDS : Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) and file tranfer formats (XML and CSV).  
  • Good communication skills with both external and internal stakeholders. 
  • Adaptibility and willingness to work in an international work environment. 
  • Problem-solving orientation.
  • Ability to communicate on technical concepts to all parties involved (internal and external stakeholders, clients, partners etc.). 
  • Good organisational and prioritising skills. 

The Implementation Coordinator can speak and write both in French and English as his/her team is based in the US, the training is to be provided in English, and the position is based in Paris. Any other language is a plus.
