Job Description

Start date: Monday 19th of August 2019

We are looking for customer focused individuals that have excellent communication skills along with an empathetic attitude, whilst demonstrating enthusiasm and a passion to help people.

 This role involves:

  • Answering high volume of calls from a wide range of clients in different geological locations
  • Assessing queries with the help of our medical experts & security specialist teams
  • Proactively coordinating care and communicating logistical information to necessary parties
  • Liaising with various medical facilities, ambulance providers to make arrangements
  • Managing accurate information with adherence to Personally Identifiable Information and Protected Health Information

Qualifications

We would like the ideal candidate to demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deliver strong customer service
  • Building and managing internal & external relationships
  • High attention to detail and the ability to organise your workload
  • Ability to cope with pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic

Additional Information

You will start on a salary of £23,000 per annum with an allowance of £1,200 per annum for working night shifts. We have performance based salary reviews every 6 months after successful completion of probation.
