Job Description

Your responsibilities

You will work closely with the Beneficiary Care Experience Manager who is located within the Military Treatment Facility (MTF) and the TRICARE Overseas regional team in the Assistance Center (AC) to achieve all on-site objectives connected to the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP). This will require close interface and regular communication with several key players in the delivery of care to TRICARE beneficiaries.

Through daily and weekly task completion you will be the primary on-the-ground representative of International SOS, who directly interfaces with the beneficiaries and local clinical personnel in-person providing medical care.

You will be responsible to facilitate the beneficiary care experience and care pathway at the local provider, assist with the care case management via medical data collection, collate and report the beneficiaries’ post-care experience feedback.

Qualifications

Registered nurse with a minimum of 3 years nursing experience, you must provide evidence of strong clinical knowledge, preferably with recent experience in hospital based healthcare. Any experience in the business field and/or in the U.S. healthcare service will be beneficial.

Must hold registration to practice in Italy.

Excellent communication and relationship building skills, the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and effective planning and organizational skills.

Proficiency in English and Italian.

Flexibility to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and holidays as required.

Availability to work from home as needed.

Willing to travel at local and international level.

Computer literate with experience in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.

Required to have a valid driver’s license.
