Job Description

The role of the HR Business Partner is to ensure the delivery of professional and timely HR services for managers and employees  of our Security Services Department.

You will coordinate the full range of HR activities globally in 28 different locations (Europe, Singapore, US, Dubai etc..) for 150 employees  including recruitment, on-boarding, induction, performance management, engagement surveys and diverse HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

•             Working closely with the resourcing teams and line managers around the world to ensure that the recruitment needs of the business are being met; develop an Employee Referral Policy worldwide. Develop new approaches to recruitment including an alumni program and recruitment collateral to enhance our external brand positioning;

•             Ensure that employees are on-boarded and inducted effectively into the business;

•             Ensure that core HR processes are in place including job descriptions and performance management; review and update  job descriptions and organisation charts.  

•             Co-ordinate the remuneration and incentive process. Work with the remuneration managers around the world to ensure that remuneration levels are competitive;

•             Ensure that each employee has a career development plan in place as part of the talent management process and that employees are provided with appropriate training for their roles; Ensure that e-learning is managed effectively for the parts of the business supported;

•             Develop and maintain a people metric dashboard and provide regular reporting;

•             Co-ordinate the Your Say engagement survey and ensure follow up improvement activities are implemented

•             Support managers in any disciplinary, grievance or performance management issues;

•             Undertake exit interviews for key resignations;

Required Skills and Knowledge

•             Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience within an international context

·          Able to understand the operational aspects of the business and provide appropriate HR support and guidance in a global context, hands-on mentality, results oriented.  

•             Ability to manage multiple activities often with conflicting priorities.

•             Excellent time management and organisational skills. Project management experience required.

•             Proactive approach to HR as a value-add function.

•             Broad generalist HR experience including experience of disciplinary and grievance procedures with some UK employment law knowledge.

•             Good relationship building skills with the ability to influence key business managers.

•             Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

•             Ability to work autonomously.

•             Customer focused and results oriented.

Qualifications
