Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Training Coordinatior on a 12 months Part Time (24 hours a week) Maternity Cover contract to join our team in Farnborough. 

You will be assisting Sales Managers to meet or exceed territory sales targets and customer satisfaction targets.  The position is responsible for coordinating training classes from start to finish and  including but not limited to; client communication, logistics management, invoicing, report generation, meeting targets.  You will also be expected to respond to internal and external client requests in a timely and effective manner to ensure optimal client satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicates, schedules and coordinates with both internal and external customers regarding MedAire course offerings.
  • Coordinates operational class activities including arranging travel, equipment, tracking equipment to final destination, setting up clients on eLearning and providing appropriate detail to client/instructor and other needs as directed.
  • Responsible for day to day communications with instructors.
  • Participates in on-call duties to assist after-hour instructor issues.
  • Maintains and reports quality statistical information as directed.
  • Responsible for the processing of post class paperwork – including class rosters, billing, provision of client certificates and closing of class files.
  • Meet or exceed all assigned targets for class/student numbers by proactively contacting customers as designated.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with use of internal sales automation system, including the maintenance and reporting of client/prospect data.
  • Maintains training equipment through stock ordering and updating of equipment as directed.
  • Assists with organizing internal Education Services training programmes.
  • Remain current in understanding and application of MedAire’s ISO 9001:2008 processes and provide assistance as required in tasks associated with MedAire’s maintaining its ISO certification.
  • Attend and document professional development training as assigned.
  • Proactively coordinate and liaise with Account Managers within Europe.
  • Maintain all client information which may be encountered either directly or indirectly while in the performance of the job in strict confidence in accordance with HIPAA and/or any other pertinent confidentiality regulations.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Knowledge 

  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing various software programs (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills, including but not limited to, the ability to present to groups and, interpret and summarize complex written materials.
  • Demonstrated competency to perform basic mathematical calculations, including but not limited to calculating percentages, rates, and ratios.
  • Demonstrated effective problem solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Required Work Experience and Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service/event co-ordination experience
  • Previous aviation, or  maritime and/or medical experience beneficial
  • Educated to Degree level (or equivalent)
