We are currently recruiting a Sales Support Executive on a permanent basis to join our team in Farnborough. 

The Sales Support Executive will work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams, to provide administrative support across all business lines.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support with:

• Equipment order processing and liaison with supply centre
• Managing the operational on-boarding of new clients
• Progression of administrative processes for membership renewals
• Accurate recording of client contractual documents and operational procedures in Salesforce and relevant shared drives
• Account receivable collections
• Local marketing communication and event coordination
• OEM activations within Salesforce
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Required Work Experience 

• Use of order management systems, or ability to demonstrate strong computer literacy
• Experience in time pressured order management role

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Excellent numeric, written and oral communication skills
• Learns new skills quickly and can retain information
• Strong organisational and time management skills and able to demonstrate ability to effectively prioritise and manage numerous projects simultaneously
• Ability to work methodically and take pride in delivering exceptional results
• Computer literate (Access, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM applications)
• Strong individual that can work autonomously and within a team to deliver results.
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness. Ability to work in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment where collaboration is the norm

Qualifications

• Educated to college level minimum, with strong results in Mathematics and English
• Additional foreign language skills will be considered an advantage
