Job Description

Manage the overall management information insight across our global medical and travel security assistance platform to enable regional and functional management teams to performance manage our service delivery and identify opportunities for improvement. Insights and analysis of all Assistance Business Line products to support key decisions and conclusions on portfolio in order to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

•    Maintain reporting framework to support internal performance management requirements, including ABL, Products and Operations key KPIs and management scorecards.
•    To work with Group Deputy Director Operations and colleagues to develop three year outlook and immediate financial year plans to ensure the continued delivery of the highest quality and efficiency of service delivery to the Group’s clients worldwide.
•    To work with the Group Deputy Director Operations and their team to ensure maintenance of the SEI and capacity planning tools to enable the provision of regular insight and analysis on business trends and help foresee and mitigate business risk.
•    To support the overall Assistance operating rhythm: Assistance ExCo, Product Management, Assistance and Operations Management Team and the Assistance and Operations Community
•    To maintain and communicate development requests (as part of cross-product demand management) to allow product owners to prioritise, progress and report on their long-term pipeline, product plan and road map.
•    Trend analysis on key product initiatives, such as but not limited to: penetration, utilisation, priority product sales analysis, product surveys/trends and competitor analysis.
•    Business owner for the reporting tools used across ABL e.g. Tableau, information feeds into vendor on NPS scoring and reporting out of vendor, etc. Responsible for assessing external and internal evolution of tools and implementing new solutions as required.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Knowledge
•    Ability to communicate in English fluently; to read and write effectively. Other languages will be an advantage
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Strong individual capability; can work autonomously and within a team to deliver results
•    Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment where consensus is the norm. Adaptable, agile minded with strong networking skills
•    Good time management skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous projects simultaneously
•    Computer literate (proficient user of Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi, Tableau and other office applications, such as Salesforce customer relationship management).


Required Work Experience
•    At least 3-4 years of experience in a commercially focused business analysis role - International exposure preferred
•    Previous corporate communications experience is prferred
•    Exposure to a multi-national organisation where networking in needed is desirable.
•    Bachelor / Masters (preferably in Business administration, Finance, Economics or other numerate discipline).
•    Proficient command of English language; other language advantageous.
