Job Description

We are currently recruiting highly motivated Team Leader of Prague network Support Centre on a temporary contract to join our team of talented individuals in friendly, customer and people oriented company. The position requires a sound knowledge of at least 2 foreign languages, good technical capability and the ability to manage the team of 7-10 people. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support to the International SOS internal clients in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Americas
  • Lead and motivate the team of 7-10 members
  • International SOS providers data maintenance
  • Supervision of the data quality checks

Qualifications

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Organisational and communication skills  
  • Strong leadership, ability to motivate, decision-making skills
  • IT literate and financial literate 
  • Ability to work with the minimal supervision
  • Fluent English and one of the following languages - Italian/German or French (MANDATORY)   

Required Work Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor in multicultural environment
  • Experience in data quality management
  • Minimum 5 years working experience – preferably from international environment
  • University or secondary school
