    Job Description

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Operations Support based out of Mexico City, Mexico.    The Supply Chain Operations Support will work with the supply chain function in the Western Hemisphere region. Provide project management planning and executional support for functional and cross functional projects for the International functional leaders (Development, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing) & COO - International.

    Create and manage project plans, project expectations, scope of work, and timelines for assigned projects based on prioritization of each project that is assigned, while keeping flexibility to potential changes in prioritization. Hold project participants accountable for their project deliverables. Conduct necessary intake and research to define scope of work. Facilitate discussions with leaders on project content. Influence cross-functional project teams to complete their deliverables within project timelines. 

    Key Accountabilities Include:

    • Review Orders that dispatched from Axis Warehouses – KPI monitoring
    • Manage and monitor inventory positions at Axion Log Warehouses Inventory Report
    • Manage promo ingredient re-orders and allocations, as necessary
    • Review system wide inventories to ensure uninterrupted supply
    • Follow-up on redeliveries to ensure matters were addressed
    • Follow-up with manager to verify resolution to all matters
    • Provide supply chain information in preparation of presentations for: FAC; Franchisee and Vendor meetings as needed.
    • Supply project support to WH regional team members and as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Education/Experience:

    • Associate degree or equivalent experience
    • Minimum 2 experience in supply chain management area.  Restaurant experience preferred.

    Skills:

    • Must be willing to work outside of normal business hours and occasionally on weekends if needed
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate verbally and in writing in both Spanish and English
    • Ability to work from home and in a distribution center environment
    • Ability to work and collaborate in a fast-paced, team environment
    • Ability to coordinate cross-functionally and externally for on time project completion
    • Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office and Teams
    • Well organized with high attention to detail
