    Job Description

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Operations Support based out of Mexico City, Mexico.  The Restaurant Operations Support position will support operations and store development within the Western Hemisphere region.

    Provide project management planning and executional support for functional and cross functional projects for the International functional leaders (Development, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing) & COO - International.   Create and manage project plans, project expectations, scope of work, and timelines for assigned projects based on prioritization of each project that is assigned, while keeping flexibility to potential changes in prioritization. Hold project participants accountable for their project deliverables. Conduct necessary intake and research to define scope of work. Facilitate discussions with leaders on project content. Influence cross-functional project teams to complete their deliverables within project timelines. 

     

    Key Accountabilities Include:

    Development Support

    • Assist Int’l Development with key processes, franchisee interactions and tracking functions for current stores, new stores, remodel, renovations and new market entry within WH.
    • Participate in development meetings, such as bi-monthly WH development updates.
    • Track all WH store openings and closings and update/publish key reports monthly or as requested.
    • Assist Development in providing monthly forecasts & YE estimates.
    • Assist with development and distribution of communications regarding new store openings or closures in area of responsibility.
    • Collect NSN, CSN and relocations format when is needed. Interact with Ops Leaders from each market.
    • Collect site package for new locations, renovations, relocations and track on MS Team.
    • Manage and maintain New Store Photos submittal and train franchisees when necessary.

    Operations and Regional Support

    • Develops/implements/keeps/distributes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual systems for various reports in WH region pertaining to sales, development, new market entry, programs compliance, etc.
    • Compiles/keeps Market Score Card sheet for region.
    • Manages/verifies/maintains WH database on the HUB/LRH/Shared Drive, including WH meeting materials, licensee information, field staff travel records, travel planner, etc.
    • Compiles/prepares meeting materials/agendas, assesses venue, and investigates costs when needed.
    • Coordinates between internal and outside partners to ensure meetings/events are executed smoothly and within budgets. Deals with outstanding problems and follow-up issues, develops minutes/summary if needed.
    • Plans/organizes/implements various business meetings/events in WH.
    • Supplies overall administrative/operational support for WH as assigned.
    • Supplies project support to WH regional team members and as assigned.
    • Supplies translation support as needed for email, memos, news, announcements, documents, training materials, etc.
    • Aids and coordinates all travel needs for WH team and executives who travel to WH.
    • Asist in the development & distribution of all WH E-News and announcements.
    • Management and updating of WH Franchisee Contact/Distribution List.
    • Routing of all customer reports that come into the Customer Service Center for WH and follow up on unresolved complaints.

     

    Qualifications

    Education/Experience:

    • Associate degree or equivalent experience
    • Must have 2 to 4 years prior restaurant, preferably QSR, experience in Restaurant Operations and/or Store Development

    Skills:

    • Must be willing to work outside of normal business hours and occasionally on weekends if needed
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate verbally and in writing in both Spanish and English
    • Ability to work from home and restaurants
    • Ability to work and collaborate in a fast-paced, team environment
    • Ability to coordinate cross-functionally and externally for on time project completion
    • Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office and Teams
    • Well organized with high attention to detail
