Job Description
The HR Officer is responsible for general staff administration, covering files on Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations. The incumbent provides HR services in line with the ICRC’s and the delegation’s policies and the applicable laws and regulations.
- Acts as a focal point for general HR management issues.
- Carries out administrative follow-up on HR-related concerns (e.g. conflict management, training) and staff management policies are applied correctly.
- Ensures compliance with local labor laws and staff regulations
Qualifications
University degree in psychology, business management, or related field
At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience with 2 years in Recruitment an advantage; Employee Relations experience is also welcomed.
Knowledge of HRIS/ERP/ATS is an advantage
Must have good negotiation and influencing skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Filipino
