Job Description

We are currently expanding our Mission Control team by adding an Aerospace Program Manager. The Program Manager will guide, track, and manage all aspects of programs to help achieve all strategic, contractual, and tactical milestones from the moment a new program is awarded, to the final delivery of contracted intellectual and physical product to the customer.

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead program teams by guiding assigned crew members through various job functions, including engineering, design, assembly, purchasing, and more.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and main focal point of communication, timelines, tasks, and schedules.
  • Maintain effective and positive communication with the program’s customer to ensure a strong relationship and positive supplier rating.
  • Provide concise and effective communications to key stakeholders on program status, issues/risks, and accomplishments.
  • Ensure problems are transparent and risks are identified, and proactively ensure that risk mitigating actions are on-going within the teams.
  • Support key decisions by working cross-functionally across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, assembly, design, and finance.

Qualifications

A Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master of Science (MS) degree in engineering or program management discipline or equivalent and 8 years of experience working professionally in program management or equivalent technical team management role are required. If this is you, please apply now!
