We are currently seeking an Aerospace Systems Engineer to add to our team. The Aerospace Systems Engineer fosters innovation and consistency by developing and being accountable for system-level architectures. This position leads a team of engineers through product development from concept to qualification and product fielding as an innovator, problem solver, mentor, and subject matter expert that will collaborate with multiple departments to support the Company’s technical vision and strategy.

The successful candidate will:

• Serve as technical lead on programs, providing clear objectives that are measurable and visible to the other engineers and resources on the project team.
• Own technical requirements from top down – traceability, verification, and validation.
• Develop and maintain standard engineering methods and tools to create, develop, and implement new designs.
• Work and collaborate with clients to ensure real time communication and optimum solution development.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 4 years of experience in designing, analyzing, testing, integrating, qualifying, and fielding aerospace systems are required. If this is you, please apply now!
