Job Description

We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineering Acolyte to add to our team. Intergalactic has designed this program to provide a collaborative and challenging work environment by assisting the engineering department with building and testing ECS electrical systems as well as various other assigned projects.

This program is designed to last for one semester at a time and is designed to be eligible for course credit. You must be enrolled in an approved degree program to be eligible for an internship, as confirmed by an accredited university.

The successful candidate will:

  • Assist with documentation of electrical parts and assemblies.
  • Assist in the design and development of future software and hardware.
  • Perform analysis for both completed and future projects, tests, systems engineering, quality assurance, system safety, and production operations.
  • Support one or more experienced engineers in performance of assignments, spend time shadowing actual operations, and have unique assignments that support larger projects as well as experience the day-to-day workings of engineering.
  • Assist engineers in assembling and testing prototypes and final end products.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled and working to complete a degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a year of related experience is preferred. If this is you, please apply now!
