Job Description
We offer a challenging and inspiring role as Finance Navigator where you will be working together with an amazing Finance team to support the business in the best possible way. You will together with the team and our stakeholders continuously work to improve our processes, to gain efficiency and quality to reach excellence in our operations. Through this, the function contributes to profitable growth, better decision making as well as a strengthened performance culture.
We are looking for a collaborative and driven Finance Navigator who will embrace the digital transformation and be the bridge to our colleagues in Business Intelligence. By maximizing the use of existing reports and aid in creating new reports and tools where needed, the purpose is to provide timely, relevant information and analysis to support the stakeholders in the organization. Your contributions help shape the future of our finance organization.
As a Finance Navigator you will:
Drive and secure the monthly, bi-monthly and yearly operational and legal reporting
Follow up cost and performance, supporting decision making
Superuser and drive development within our financial tools (PBI, M3, TM1)
Be the analyzer, translator and presenter of financial reports to the different stakeholders
Be the speaking partner and support the line organization within our area of competence
Initiate and drive improvement project aiming to secure timeliness and accuracy in the availability of financial data and continuous improvement in our processes
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we believe that you:
Have at least 5 years of experience in finance and controlling area. You consider yourself a senior in our field.
You have knowledge of, and interest in reporting and business information tools like PBI, SAP BPC, Excel or equivalent.
You have good knowledge in Swedish - Accounting, VAT and systems.
You have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
You are curious and have experience working with the data that is generated from our financial transactions. With your analytical skills, you can turn data into information which in turn creates insights and recommendations for the business. You take pride in being precise and structured.
You communicate clearly, create togetherness and collaboration. To find better ways and enable change is important for you.
Fluent in English in both speech and writing.
Experience in M3 - our ERP system - is valuable to have.
