  • Enable new ways to attract talent to Range through a strong tactical and operational employer brand agenda towards new and existing co-workers, as an integral part of the Inter IKEA employer brand work, strongly connected to the IKEA Brand and communication agenda.

  • Enable a strong schools and universities agenda for Inter IKEA companies in Sweden, ensuring we create partnerships with and branding towards target groups that create short-term and long-term value for the Inter IKEA business.

  • Contribute to ensuring a trustworthy and seamless co-worker experience across P&C processes in Range, which are explicitly connected to talent flow, succession, onboarding, and hiring processes.

  • Facilitate contributions to cross-functional projects and networks connected to Talent management, people analytics, and future competence needs in Inter IKEA Group.

  • Want (and can lead) new ideas, formats and ways of working
