Job Description

The purpose with our new People & Culture Experience team that we are about to establish, is to create a strong foundation for a great co-worker experience across Range and Supply in East Asia. This team will work in close collaboration with our business and together strive to create common ways of working – always with the ambition to create togetherness and make things easier and simpler for our co-workers.

We are looking for one Leadership & Competence Developer to join our new P&C Experience team. Together with the team you will secure that we continuously have a strong focus on developing our people. As Leadership & Competence Developer you report to P&C Experience Manager in Supply Area East Asia, Supply.

In this role, you will focus on:

  • Work in close collaboration with the organisations to understand their business needs and translating those into talent development initiatives
  • Designing, developing and implementing common talent development initiatives
  • Roll-out of globally initiated talent development initiatives
  • Ensure a good planning and execution of the different initiatives
  • Promoting a learning organisation and supporting the development of a value-driven organisation
  • Contribute to continuous improvements and development in ways of working

Qualifications

We believe you have a passion for Leadership & Competence development, and how the right initiatives can contribute to business success. You are a true culture ambassador, visible in your everyday work. 

You have several years of experience from translating business needs into competence development initiatives. You know how to best design and develop the solutions in order to meet different business needs and create a good learner experience. We also believe that you have a good sense of how to best tailor made global learning and people initiatives to fit the regional needs.

You are a good communicator and an excellent facilitator and coach that easily build good connections with people.  You are curious and eager to contribute to a strong leadership and competence development agenda for Range and Supply in East Asia.
