Intern Sustainability and Human Right Support (with Ukrainian language)

  • Full-time

Company Description

At IKEA, we do things a little differently. We think, differently. Act, differently. And work differently as well. We like to break things. Like rules. And then make things. Like music-playing lamps. And beds disguised as sofas. Even plantballs that help us look after our planet. It’s all part of our vision - to create a better everyday life for the many. And it’s been keeping our co-workers going for over 80 years. By 2030, we hope to help millions more look forward to going home. A big mission which requires big passion. We are looking for people who care about people and the planet. Come join us in this journey and let’s make the world better together!

Right now, we need someone with knowledge in business and human rights and an interest in working with supply chain contexts that can support our Sustainability team. We are looking for someone that is familiar with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (and/or the OECD Guidelines for multinational Enterprises). An understanding of sustainability due diligence or ability to navigate other legal frameworks in international law that may apply to companies is an advantage

You see things a little differently. So do we. We believe that what you value is more important than what your CV says. We offer positions that will challenge your skills and let you grow. Come see things a little differently with us!
