This is a creative assignment where you will need to investigate the unknown, using your skills to take the design from ideation through concept generation, development and optimisation and deliver ready to use solutions, fully documented, verified in simulations and testing. You will work with both new development and improvements of the existing range by proactively searching for opportunities to challenge known patterns. You will work in close collaboration with your team and different stakeholders across the organisation.

You have skills in SolidWorks or other corresponding CAD software, and basic knowledge in PLM systems. Furthermore, you have elementary knowledge with strength calculations (FEA).

As a person you are down to earth, solution oriented and self-driven. You believe in the power of innovation with a clear ambition to make things better, searching for new simple and smart solutions. You have a curiosity that will lead you and others forward in the unknown. You communicate in a clear and an open-minded way and you can build long-term relations. In your mind, a failure is just another idea that did not work out and you are not afraid to try, again and again.
