Job Description

  • Be the custodian of company stamps and ensure the stamps are only used for authorized purpose. 
  • Be the custodian of company license/certificates and ensure they are timely renewed by each function owner whenever needed.
  • Be responsible for obtaining and renewal of business license, and timely update AIC/MOC registration information.
  • Be responsible for legal documents archiving.  Make sure all required documents are timely collected and properly archived according to the internal and external policy and rule.
  • Be responsible for master data validation and maintenance in finance related system, e.g. CODA, M3, COPP, SSCM etc.
  • Be responsible for providing regular training of digital solution for stamp and contract management, collecting feedback from users in daily operation.

Qualifications

  • Be familiar with the governance structure and authorization requirement of the company.
  • Be familiar with the company registration and filing request ruled by the Authority, has deep understanding on the purpose of each license and certificates.  
  • With basic financial knowledge in accounting payable and bank payment.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel or other analysis tools.
