About you  

We are seeking a skilled, passionate and experienced end-point security specialist to lead the design and implementation of Anti-virus and End-point detection and response (AV/EDR) solution across user devices and servers in Inter IKEA. In this role, you will collaborate with device management, IT operations and Security operations teams to ensure that user devices and servers are protected with Microsoft Defender for End-point (MDE) and SentinelOne AV/EDR. In addition, you will also support the Security Operations and Incident response team in investigating and responding to security incidents affecting endpoints.

Key responsibilities  

  • Define the roadmap, implementation plan and on-boarding methods for roll-out of MDE and SentinelOne across the device and server endpoints in Inter-IKEA 

  • Configure and on-board endpoints to MDE/SentinelOne in co-ordination with other teams like endpoint management, Identity and Access Management and Security Operations 

  • Provide technical support to IT operations, IT helpdesk and endpoint management teams in resolving issues associated with AV/EDR agent deployment 

  • Develop and implement investigation and response workflows for endpoint security incidents in collaboration with Inter IKEA SOC 

  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of device compliance policy and security baselines on end-points 

  • Setup and manage processes for ongoing operational support of AV/EDR agents, policy violations and requests for exceptions 

Experience and Qualifications 

  • Proficient with deploying, configuring and managing Microsoft Defender for Endpoint in an enterprise production environment 

  • Experience in managing AV / EDR policies to ensure effective security and avoidance of false positives and negative business impact 

  • Strong knowledge of onboarding / management methodologies and options for different endpoint types ie. Windows 10/11, Windows Server, MacOS, Linux, cloud platforms 

  • Experience working in a product orientation is highly preferred ie. roadmap, product backlog, Kanban board 

  • Experience planning and coordinating cross-function deployments and changes 

  • Prior experience in a security operations analyst or incident handler role    

  • Knowledge of cyberthreat landscape and attacker tactics, techniques and procedures 

Additional Information

This role is full-time and based in Delft or Malmö.  In this role, you will report to Marcel Schlebusch, Team manager, Security Operations and Incident Response.
