About the job
The Treasury Front Office Specialist is the role in Inter IKEA where you manage key financial risks of the Inter IKEA Group such liquidity, credit and interest rate risks. An other important part of this role is to forecast exposures and manage the investments of the liquidity of the Inter IKEA Group. In this role the purpose is to ensure an excellent user experience and engagement between Treasury and the operating companies

You will work in a small team of dedicated specialists, divided into front and back office roles.

About you
What we’re looking for is a passionate Treasury specialist that is able to build and maintain strong relationships with banks, operating companies and Treasury peers. You have good communication skills and are a good listener and have the ability to bring complex issues in a clear and engaging way, with a down to earth, simple tone of voice. You have an eye for detail, are able to multi-task and stay calm, also in stressful times. Next to that you are a great analyser, able drawing conclusions from it and act on them with a holistic business understanding.

You see yourself as a self-starter with propensity for independent thought and motivated to search for new ways to improve upon the current processes. Next to that you are passionate about financial markets and understanding of the investment, FX, interest rate and cash markets. You are highly committed to deliver results both on the personal side and those for the wider organisation

To be successful in this role, the following knowledge, skills and experiences would be valuable:
You are fluent in English, both in written and verbal and have strong mathematical skills. Next to that you have good knowledge of regulatory and markets knowledge as applicable to role, understanding of treasury structures and strategy and you have knowledge about financial modelling/analytics.

You have good knowledge about TMS, amongst others, experience and knowledge about Quantum and Bloomberg is a plus.

You have a bachelor degree in Treasury / Finance / Economics or a related field with special qualification in Banking and Finance and 5+ years of treasury management experience in large organisations.

You have experience in collaborating with co-workers in an international and culturally diverse work environment

Additional Information
This role is full-time and based in Delft, The Netherlands. This role sits in the Group Treasury department of the Inter IKEA Group and reports to the Treasury Front Office Manager.
