1. Monitor the performance of liquidity management and funding solution to secure business operation and expansion in cost conscious way

2. Formulate local treasury policy and working routine on liquidity management, funding support and risk management to comply with global treasury policies and standards as well as relevant regulations and laws

3. Timely monitor economic outlook, understand insights, analyse risks and opportunties, and provide value adding treasury advice to contribute to business decision making

4. Proactively seek for new opportunity to contribute to working process optimization and excellence operation

5. Support all treasury related local and/or global projects based on business requirement

6. Develop and maintain positive, ongoing relationships with Authorities and external financial institutions

7. Co-ordinate, defense and follow up SAFE / PBOC audit

8. Build-up and develop a highly competent, motivated and engaged funtion team with lean structure

A KNOWLEDGE

1. University degree in finance or economics related

 2. 8+ years responsibility in finance field, of which 3+ as a leader / manager and experience in MNC

 3. Have a deep understanding for SAFE & PBOC regulation

 4. Have overall picture of China macro economy evolvement

 5. Fluent English both in oral and written

 6. Basic knowledge of accounting, tax and job related legal knowledge
