1.    全面负责管理工厂设备预维修工作，并对故障点排除，确保设备处于安全稳定运行状态
Fully responsible for the pre-maintenance of factory equipment and troubleshooting to ensure the safe and stable operation of equipment
2.    制定年度、季度、月度及周和日的预维修和点检计划，并按计划执行。协调日常的维修、保养等工作。
Make annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily pre-maintenance and inspection plans and execute them as planned. Coordinate daily repair and maintenance work.
3.    负责项目方案技术层面的审查支持工作，使其满足达到要求
Responsible for the review and support work at the technical level of the project program to make it meet the requirements
4.    负责预维修文档的创建和管理工作
Responsible for the creation and management of pre-maintenance documents
5.    具有良好的TPM知识，推行并实施该活动，按时完成设备TPM、预见性保养、预防性保养任务
Have good knowledge of TPM, carry out and implement the activity, and complete TPM, proactive maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks on time
6.    具备管理和控制维修成本的能力
Ability to manage and control maintenance costs
7.    运用系统对设备零配件进行管理的能力,比如M3系统（零件，刀具等）
Ability to manage equipment parts with system, such as M3 system (spare parts, tools, etc.)
8.    解决自动化设备出现的故障（如PLC 、伺服、变频器、触摸屏等）
Solve the fault of automation equipment (such as PLC, servo, frequency converter, touch screen, etc.)
9.    配合并支持完成设备持续改进工作
Cooperate and support to complete the continuous improvement of equipment
10.    包括但不限于来自上级经理安排的其他工作任务的完成能力
Including but not limited to the ability to complete other tasks assigned by superior managers

1.    具备较强的电气识图能力, 可以绘制，审核、把关电气工程图纸
Strong electrical drawing recognition ability, able to draw, review and check electrical engineering drawings
2.    具备PLC 程序编程、触摸屏程序编制、伺服系统检修和解决问题的能力
Capable of PLC programming, touch screen programming, servo system maintenance and problem solving
3.    熟练使用办公软件（word , excel , power point 等）
Proficient in office software (word, excel, power point, etc.)
4.    熟练使用CAD、 Solid 软件,具备机械制图能力
Proficient in CAD and Solid software, with mechanical drawing ability
5.    熟悉木工行业的设备
Familiar with woodworking equipment
6.    8年以上同职位工作经验，有工程项目的成功经验
More than 8 years working experience in the same position, with successful experience in engineering projects
7.    服从工作安排及调动，良好的职业道德和敬业精神
Obey work arrangement and transfer, good professional ethics and dedication
8.    具备良好的的沟通能力和解决问题的能力，责任心强，工作有耐心
Have good communication skills and problem solving skills, strong sense of responsibility and work patience
9.    有设备备件采购经验
Experience in purchasing equipment spare parts
