IKEA Industry Hultsfred AB with 300 co-workers produces high volumes of board and furniture for IKEA. The site is a part of IKEA Industry Manufacturing Area Board and Manufacturing Area Foil on Board produces furniture for the IKEA supply chain and retail organization. Manufacturing Areas: Board and Foil on Board operate in 5 manufacturing sites in Poland, China, Sweden, Slovakia and Lithuania.

Job Description

The People & Culture Manager is responsible for driving the people agenda with an ambition that IKEA Industry Hultsfred is appreciated and recommended as a great place to work.

Together with the P&C Team you will implement, support and follow up on strategies, processes and tools in the P&C area, mainly focused around culture & values, diversity & inclusion, talent management, leadership development, building competence and also to secure that we are a modern and humanistic workplace. You will be a member of an international P&C community, where you take part in and contribute to international projects and working groups.

The P&C Manager holds a key role in the organisation and works in partnership with all managers to provide both expertise and support. In the position there is also a responsibility and opportunity to contribute in leading the whole site, as the role is part of the site management team. The P&C Manager position supports development of leadership on all levels and secures that our values are an integrated part of our everyday business. P&C Manager reports to Site Manager and leads a team of three members.

Qualifications

If you:

  • can communicate with passion and inspiration
  • have got excellent abilities in building partnership based on trust, respect, and togetherness
  • present a strong belief in both people and teams’ potential and their ability to grow, learn and perform
  • can easily navigate and act on strategical, tactical, and operational level
  • have at least three years of experience in a role of People & Culture Manager and a management team member
  • have experience in work for a production company
  • have strong experience in co-operation with trade unions, and a knowledge in Swedish labour law and labour market
  • is experienced in leading changes
  • are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken 
  • are experienced in facilitation and coaching
