•    Responsible for invoice issuance and preparation of payments, and ensure accurate booking in financial system
•    Prepare the payment proposal for processing agent and also for other manual payment
•    Monitor the cash flow to ensure the bank account have sufficient fund for payment
•    Review co-worker reimbursement claims and ensure the claims are following the audit rules, with proper approval and supporting document 
•    Support in accounting booking and reconciliation and support other ad-hoc request from stakeholders
•    Develop effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
•    Continuously review way of working and identify improvement areas, to develop an efficient and effective working method
 

Knowledge
•    Understanding of IKEA accounting framework and working method 
•    Good knowledge in accounting and tax
•    University degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance/Accounting, or equivalent experience
•    Proficient English (writing & speaking)
•    Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
