岗位职责: 

1.       Improving current process, production layout, internal transportation and workmanship by using lean tools;

运用精益工具，对当前的制造流程、生产布局、现场物流及工艺进行优化和改善。

2.       Provide the lean knowledge training, to improve the application of lean tools in production;

提供精益知识的培训，以提高精益生产工具在生产中的应用； 

3.       In charge of the SMED knowledge training and support to implement the related improvement;

负责快速换型的知识培训并支持相关改善项目的实施； 

4.       Designing of Visual management and follow-up;

负责可视化管理的规划设计与现场跟进检查；

5.       Lean grading, do the self-assessment, organize the auditing process and follow-up the action plan;

工业集团精益生产评级，组织自我评估，审核及后续整改计划的跟进；

6.       Lead & Support  the KAIZEN event base on Production and Quality needs;

根据生产及质量部门的需求，引导并支持Kaizen改善项目的实施；

7.       Support and implement the continuous improvement activity related the 5S & Standardized work in the whole factory

支持并实施整 个工厂5S和标准化的相关的持续改进活动

8.       To promote IKEA culture in any possibility of chance.

在所有可能的情况下推广宜家企业文化。

9.       Other tasks which were distributed by the leaders.
