We're looking for a Process Developer, maternity cover from mid-September 2022 to October 2023. Come and join our great team where we are working together, taking part and wanting to make a difference.

Job Description

Do you have passion and interest in the IKEA Food journey and commitment to deliver value for our business together with a desire to develop IKEA Food and to lead and implement business change.

As a Process Developer for BA Food, you will be key in creating sustainable customer value, growth and profitability for BA Food by leading and contributing to the transformation we are currently in around our processes development; how we work, lead and organize, with process orientation as the starting-point. You will also be key part of creating energy and commitment in the organisation around the Transformation journey and goals and be part of the Transformation Office team.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Play a key part in identifying and establishing the future set up of the Process Organisation for the Food value chain.
  • Monitor the progress and improvements for the process work and relating working routines
  • Govern that process teams and relating working routines are functioning and connected to the process teams in CBR
  • Support and guide development projects in how to interact with the process teams and act in a process-oriented way
  • Identify and propose process/sub process design and/or improvement initiatives and prepare basis for decisions
  • Gather, understand and analyze business benefit of identified process improvement potentials
  •  Support implementation and establishment of the process including identifying competence development needs
  • Facilitate and push the implementation of ways of working with process-oriented business development in IKEA

Qualifications

As a Process developer for BA Food, you need to have a deep knowledge about the processes throughout the value chain, the process landscape and the IKEA organisations, as well as a honest belief in the values of the IKEA Culture and a strong passion and curiosity in people. The capability to build the trust, having a supporting approach, holistic perspective, excellent communication skills with ability to influence and inspire and willingness in building strong relationships and togetherness.

In order for you to be successful in the job as Process developer, you also need to have;

  • Deep knowledge about the specific processes, organisations and business of IKEA
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the IKEA food value chain, the process landscape and the IKEA organisations
  • Deep knowledge of process development, improvement methods/tools and practical experience of process development
  • Knowledge about cost/benefit and how to affect its result through process development
  • Knowledge about and experience in change management
  • A passion and drive to develop the business and yourself to deliver results
  • A strong desire to collaborate and to be “better together”
  • Energy in both the big picture and the details
