With this community we will take important steps towards an improved customer & user support for IKEA Home smart, we will increase satisfaction and convenience for our users, we will unlock the users engagement in IKEA and co-create new solutions together with customers that are exploring what a smart home from IKEA can do to improve their everyday living!

Job Description

As Customer Community Coordinator, you will coordinate and lead the IKEA Home smart Customer & User Community in cooperation with stakeholders within IKEA.

  •  Start, lead and coordinate the IKEA Home smart Customer & User Community in cooperation with stakeholders within IKEA.
  • Together with different experts make sure that inspiring and up to date content is continuously produced and shared with the community.
  •  Support the respective IKEA-teams in the markets with Home smart knowledge and inspiration  make sure we have high engagement and competence about IKEA Home smart in the respective IKEA markets.
  •  Make sure that the community is seamlessly connected to the other customer & user support tools for IKEA.
  • Share insights from the community internally to make sure that we are close to the customer dialogues and that we can develop better products and solutions with these insights in mind.
  • Summarize best practices, ways of working and learnings in order to constantly improve the community.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a true passion for customers, communication and building trustful and loyal relations to IKEA customers! You are guided by simplicity and always strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering high quality communication. You have experience in communication and the customer meeting, preferably from an online or remote customer meeting. You enjoy taking initiatives and to lead and drive both yourself and others when relevant. You are inspiring and engage others by your way of communicating both verbally and written. Not much is impossible for you, since you are a person that want to stretch boundaries and challenge what already exists with the purpose of making the life at home a bit smarter and better each day!

We would like you to have experience from the customer meeting in a omnichannel environment, preferably from working with a customer community. We see communication skills in English as well as experience from projects with customer focus as a must – and that you have the chance to join this temporary assignment within short. This assignment will give you unique and valuable learnings for your development within IKEA and therefore we would appreciate if you have the potential and wish to take on bigger assignments and responsibilities in the future.

Additional Information

This is a 6-month, full-time assignment – starting as soon as possible. You will be a key player in the small but growing Customer & User Care team within IKEA Home smart.
