Service Management & Operations Manager - IKEA IMC

Job Description

We are looking for YOU - someone that is passionate about technology and people and gets energy from coaching and developing a great IT Service Management & Operations team. You also get energy from facilitating great collaboration and teamwork, and to offering the best operational and end-user support for the many co-workers within IKEA Marketing & Communication AB. 

Your mission is to deliver a common IT Operations and Services foundation to enable IMC to be aligned within the bigger IKEA, through effective IT operational and end-user technology foundation.  

You will together with your team lead the dialogue and collaboration with other IKEA entities, departments, and locations to secure both sharing of best practices and to secure the offered services required to run and perform IMC´s daily digital operations. 

You will work to improve and develop the onsite support capability within the IKEA Service Management & Operations framework. You will also ensure efficient Incident Management, lead, and implement global and local initiatives and support the team to provide services to end users and business teams.  

Qualifications 

  • Deep knowledge of IT governance frameworks, methods, and tools  

  • Good knowledge of new information technologies, IT service live cycle and technology platforms and digital products. 

  • Strong knowledge in ITIL, agile frameworks, service Governance models and DevOps concept. 

  • Good knowledge of modern technologies such as in-cloud services, data sharing, digital identity, analytics, cybersecurity, connect and compute. 

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
