IKEA Industry have recently embarked an exciting journey where we are coming closer together with IKEA Supply to further optimize the IKEA value chain with the purpose to make IKEA even more affordable, more accessible, and more sustainable for the many. We are now looking for a Global Process Leader Source to further strengthen our collaboration with IKEA Components and integrate our ways of working with our suppliers.

As a Global Process Leader SOURCE  you will set the strategies & roadmap within your process area, developing the supply chain concept and coordinating/ supporting the implementations of the standard ways of working. You will have an essential role in relation to IKEA Industry unit supply chain teams and stakeholders working in different parts of SOURCE process area and securing the communication and collaboration between business operations and digital. Together with your matrix team you will support and secure with improved ways of working and solutions in the journey towards operational excellence.

Your main responsibilities: 

  • Lead the development and implementation of the Source processes at IKEA Industry, in line with relevant directions and strategies
  • Continuously capture, challenge and transform business needs to standardise ways of working and based on this set the requirements for related digital solutions
  • Responsible for developing the roadmap for the Source processes and through that prioritize development activities to reach the best business result. 
  • Lead a matrix team of local experts and engaging them in the development, training and knowledge sharing activities cross the 40 IKEA Industry production units.  
  • Work in close co-operation with the Global  Process Owner for Source and together with the global matrix team of local experts  to support stakeholders in SOURCE areas towards operational excellence.

  • Capability to lead with clear and inspiring communication
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with all levels of both internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Experience from operational purchasing or working with supplier integration
  • Have a good understanding of how to set and work with relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This is a full-time permanent position. Location for this position is flexible, it can either be based out of any IKEA Industry units or at IKEA Industry office in Malmö, Sweden. Please note that we have published this job opportunity in multiple countries and location, however there is only one open position.

The position requires global travelling.
