About the job
The People & Culture Generalist within a Purchasing & Logistics Area contributes to the business development in a fast changing and challenging world, by attracting, recruiting and developing people who love to fulfill our vision, by enabling a foundation for a great people experience and by enabling people to lead based on our culture and values.
Your tasks will include:
- Support in attracting, recruiting and maintaining talents based on business needs
- Contribute to build business competence and leadership development by supporting managers and co-workers
- Facilitate competence flow inside and cross business units
- Be the local P&C speaking partner for one or more business units
- Contribute to create a great place to work: healthy, diverse, inclusive, digital
- Be the first point of contact for our employees, offering them help, by resolving queries
- Contribute to secure and verify P&C compliance with the labor laws and internal regulations
Qualifications
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
- 5+ years People & Culture experience
- Passionate about people and has a strong belief in individuals’ potential
- Drive to find synergies, building trust and partnership to reach common goals
- Ability to support and enable change
- Ability to coach and transfer knowledge
- Team player
- Confident self-starter, able to work independently
- Confident with digital tools and media
- Fluent in English
