About the job

The People & Culture Generalist within a Purchasing & Logistics Area contributes to the business development in a fast changing and challenging world, by attracting, recruiting and developing people who love to fulfill our vision, by enabling a foundation for a great people experience and by enabling people to lead based on our culture and values.

Your tasks will include:

  • Support in attracting, recruiting and maintaining talents based on business needs
  • Contribute to build business competence and leadership development by supporting managers and co-workers
  • Facilitate competence flow inside and cross business units
  • Be the local P&C speaking partner for one or more business units
  • Contribute to create a great place to work: healthy, diverse, inclusive, digital
  • Be the first point of contact for our employees, offering them help, by resolving queries
  • Contribute to secure and verify P&C compliance with the labor laws and internal regulations

Qualifications

Your knowledge, skills and experience include:

  • 5+ years People & Culture experience
  • Passionate about people and has a strong belief in individuals’ potential
  • Drive to find synergies, building trust and partnership to reach common goals
  • Ability to support and enable change
  • Ability to coach and transfer knowledge
  • Team player
  • Confident self-starter, able to work independently
  • Confident with digital tools and media
  • Fluent in English
