We are looking for 2 Range Management Leaders to be part of a highly committed team within the Range & Product Management Matrix!

The product range – our identity where Range & Product Management is one of the most important enablers to ensure that we live up to the IKEA vision and securing long term profitability. The Range & Product Development matrix organisation consists of four main areas: Design, Engineering, Innovation and Management. These two assignments belong to the Range Management Team.

About the Job

You will work across the full scope of the Range & Product Management assignment; Range Structures and Dimensions, Range Offer analytics and when you are in the role you will on the behalf of Range Management team act as subject matter expertise. You will support tactical and strategic questions and contribute to the Range Management agenda throughout IKEA.

The assignments are temporary for three years!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Management, development and administration of core range management information objects such as range structures, range frames and range building models.
  • To contribute to the development of relevant processes, tools, platforms and competencies in connection to the IKEA range offer work.
  • To provide Range performance related insights to increase understanding and knowledge of the IKEA range offer across the countries where IKEA is present.
  • Act as a subject matter expertise providing operational knowledge, support and guidance in different tactical and strategic initiatives across the IKEA value chain.

  • Have knowledge around IKEA IT solutions connected to product structure, product architecture and product master data management
  • To be fluent in English, both spoken and written is a pre-requisite.
