At IKEA Hotell our guests will meet you in the reception when checking in or out, preparing and serving breakfast, lunch or dinner, and enabling a great experience connected to conferences or meetings at the hotel. Truly great service is built on a genuine desire to please and satisfy the guest. If you have a service mind-set, you will understand the importance of what you do and how it impacts our guests experience of IKEA Hotell. Now we are looking for you who want to be a part of the kitchen team, that have a passion for food and have experience from working in a cold kitchen before.

Your personality is of great importance to us. To succeed in this role we see you take own initiatives to get things done, and curious to find new better ways of doing things. You have the ability to solve problems that arise on a daily basis. 
You like working together with your colleagues, you are a great team-member and have a passion for food and guest experiences. We are looking for you who have practical experience from working in a cold kitchen (kallskänk) and/or relevant vocational restaurant/food training.

We expect you to speak both Swedish and English fluently, and it is a plus if you master some additional language. You are also comfortable working with computers. You must be over 18 years old. And of course you share our passion for IKEA's history, culture and values!

We offer you the opportunity to work in a growing company where you can further develop your professional skills in your daily work. The position is on full time (100%), where evening and weekend shifts are included to cover the hotel´s opening hours. IKEA Hotell is located in Älmhult.
