Job Description

In the Studio we house and maintain the various studio facilities that support the production of creative communication &home furnishing solutions, which deliver, enhance & contribute IKEA´s offer.

You will secure the movement, storage and classification of the IKEA range, goods or other materials stored in the warehouse and used in the various production sets or communication solutions offered by IMC. 

Your key tasks and responsibilities are to:

  • Distribute goods/props to studio or production location upon request, place them in the set in accordance to interior design blueprints/floor plan.
  • Ensure all goods/props are picked up, returned and stored in the warehouse after use.
  • Assemble products upon request and in accordance to manufacturing specifications.
  • Ensure all goods/props are handled with care, in compliance with health and safety measures and delivered in the agreed time frame.
  • Maintain good communication with Photographers & Interior Designers to ensure product flow and secure production of all pictures within the Studio.
  • Receive and distribute goods to and from the studio as requested, verify against order and rectify discrepancies where applicable.
  • Report all damaged, missing or outdated goods and order replacements where applicable.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
  • Sort, classify and label all goods stored in the warehouse in their appropriate locations.

Qualifications

You enjoy working in a fast-paced future oriented environment with a service minded attitude and approach. You like to learn and share learnings, work with your team and enjoy reaching out and meet new people. You like to work toward set goals and reach them together with your team.

Furthermore, you need to have:

  • Gymnasium degree.
  • Driving license B.
  • Computer skills i.e. Microsoft Office.
  • English, both written and spoken.
