Job Description

To be successful as a P&C specialist within payroll, you should be able to investigate and resolve payroll issues and ensure strict compliance with company and regulatory standards. An outstanding payroll specialist should also have excellent people skills and a high numerical aptitude.

In the role as P&C Specialist you will:

  • Payroll related monthly checks connected to garnishments, debt handling
  • Advanced Payroll and benefits support in ServiceNow eg 2nd line support towards organisation (shared responsibility in the team)
  • Manage payroll related reporting and corrections/Manual workarounds (e.g. re-scheduled sick, ad hoc schedule changes etc)
  • Parental management - registration of parental pay and enhanced parental allowance incl. maintenance of list and control of coding
  • Closing of pay period and uploading of payslips in Workday (shared responsibility in the team)
  • Mobility - list shared with mobility on teams and mass upload of payments to Vendor
  • Do schedules in Workday
  • Handle employment certificate (shared responsibility in the team)
  • Managing advanced Taxation queries, SINK etc
  • Pension SPOC for reports/issue
  • Coordinate and support the tasks of the team of Payroll Administrator
  • Payroll network lead incl content, processes, and workflows
  • Monthly Tax statements

Qualifications

We are looking for you who, together with us, wants to bring people and business together and ensure that we offer an excellent place for everybody to work and to develop. And by the way if you have had experience with HR-IT digitalisation, even better. We´d like to see that you:

  • Have an associate's or bachelor's degree in business or accounting or equivalent education preferred.
  • Have competency with Workday and HR exchange system.
  • Are self-driven, able to work independently and are motivated in finding new solutions, but also like collaborating in a team.
  • Have proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Possess strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
  • Are structured and organized with a hands-on approach - you make things happen in a simple way. 
  • Feel passion for people and business and like to work in a complex, constantly changing, international environment. 
  • Are fluent in both spoken and written English
