Inter Testing & Consulting Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, ITCS, is the first IKEA owned test lab outside Sweden. Its combined with a training centre  for our suppliers as well as our own co-workers. Here we can explain why we test, how we perform different tests and why a test report is of highest importance.

Job Description

  • Responsible for whole recruitment process to recruit right people to the right positions.
  • Maintain and explore effective recruitment channels to secure recruitment efficiency.
  • Be business managers' partner in implementing and carrying out co-worker related activities and processes.
  • Represent BU on L&D topics and some HR projects on China level.
  • Deal with timekeeping system according to monthly agenda.
  • Lead people communication and engagement activities.
  • Support part of co-worker life cycle activities.
  • Support co-workers' information via relevant system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, over 5 years working experience in total.
  • More than 2 years experience on recruitment.
  • Knowledge with L&D or HR system will be preferred.
  • Self-motivator, proactive and service minded person.
  • Willing to learn and take responsibilities with strong teamwork spirit.
  • Able to work with diverse personalities' person and scenarios via good interpersonal and influencing skill.
  • Good problem solving, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Good English capability both in written and spoken.
