Inter Testing & Consulting Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, ITCS, is the first IKEA owned test lab outside Sweden. Its combined with a training centre for our suppliers as well as our own co-workers. Job Description
- Responsible for whole recruitment process to recruit right people to the right positions.
- Maintain and explore effective recruitment channels to secure recruitment efficiency.
- Be business managers' partner in implementing and carrying out co-worker related activities and processes.
- Represent BU on L&D topics and some HR projects on China level.
- Deal with timekeeping system according to monthly agenda.
- Lead people communication and engagement activities.
- Support part of co-worker life cycle activities.
- Support co-workers' information via relevant system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, over 5 years working experience in total.
- More than 2 years experience on recruitment.
- Knowledge with L&D or HR system will be preferred.
- Self-motivator, proactive and service minded person.
- Willing to learn and take responsibilities with strong teamwork spirit.
- Able to work with diverse personalities' person and scenarios via good interpersonal and influencing skill.
- Good problem solving, presentation and organizational skills.
- Good English capability both in written and spoken.
