Now we are looking for you - an experienced Business Navigation Manager, who are challenged to be the contributor to proactively taking part to steer the Food business towards the future and ensuring improvement needs of digital tools and business solutions for IKEA Food together with other stakeholders at IKEA

Job Description

Together with your colleagues in the management team, you lead the IKEA Food business towards growth and goal achievement, identify business potentials and enable efficiency in ways of working.

You lead and develop the Business Navigation team. You have a holistic and curious approach to business, are a good communicator who enjoys and sees the value of simplifying and believe in the power of nothing is impossible.  

It’s a challenging and rewarding job, where you will;

Lead, develop and follow up financial and business performance steering towards a balanced and profitable totality with our many IKEA customers in focus. Have a leading role in transforming and enabling the integration of IKEA Food into  IKEA of Sweden with relevant solutions, processes, and digital tools.

Steering the business through the strategic landscape, take lead in fact-based decision-making, process development and support with tools, insights, and recommendations.

Lead project portfolio management in BA Food to ensure the right priorities in relation to Business Plan ambitions and a balanced portfolio and to explore the future by forecasting, building scenarios and contingency plans. Responsible within the unit for financial planning (budgeting and forecasting), adherence to power of authority (POA) structure and adherence and compliance to accounting policies and rules.

Qualifications

To shine and succeed in this role you need to have a the ability and passion to work in a fast changing environment, being pro-active and having the capability to navigate in the unknown to see the possibilities in what will make us the outstanding Food business in the future

You have strong business knowledge and cross-functional understanding of IKEA operations and a proven track record in meeting/exceeding results in a business leadership role. You can translate long-term priorities into clearly defined business objectives and KPIs. Your strong drive to make things happen and reach results combined with good analytical skills and fact-based business leadership capabilities support making the right decisions and their implementations. You are a strong communicator making it easy for the many to understand and translate numbers and graphs to their reality.

You are action-oriented and result driven, you enjoy working in a fast-paced and future-oriented, continuously developing organization, having a strong ability to adapt to change. You are great in building partnerships based on trust, collaboration and support across functions and it´s clear that you live the IKEA values and nurture a strong and living IKEA culture. 

The ability to express yourself in English is a prerequisite.
