Be a key player in contributing to deliver our prioritized business movements.
Lead development and implementation projects and work with changing processes, new solutions and technologies.
Plan and organize assignment according to the IKEA overall roadmap and tactical plan and with applicable delivery methodology.
Lead and/or co-ordinate people from different units, organizations, cultures
Lead the work to ensure a total optimal movement, aligning tactical and operational plans for Developing the offer and related plans
Provide transparency of the operational plans with dependencies and its relation to important milestones in the tactical plans and use methods and tools supporting transparency and mitigating risk and dependencies
Be a part of various types of projects for e.g., digital enablement, technology development, process development and deployment of new solutions
Support and coach the units and sites with expertise during the project
Drive change and communicate with key stakeholders to secure awareness, support, ownership, and alignment.

We also believe that you have a combination of the following knowledge and capabilities:
Knowledge of several project management methods and tools
Interest to continuously develop methods and tools related to project management
Experience from leading development projects with data & technology components as well as significant process changes
Experience of leading people and team development.
Knowledge of change management methods and tools.
Structured and analytical
