Job Description

The Sustainability Compliance has been the base for much of our sustainability work. 

As the Deputy Sustainability Compliance Manager, you’ll be responsible to co-lead sustainability compliance activities in Purchasing & Logistics Area East Asia.

  • Inspire and empower team and co-workers to perform to the best of their abilities and continuously develop in sustainability assignments. 
  • Closely work with the business units to implement and verify that sustainability related requirements are met by IKEA business partners
  • Ensure continuous improvement and development in relevant compliance areas to achieve IKEA sustainability goals
  • Identifying and acting on regional sustainability priorities and opportunities
