Now we are looking for you - an experienced Business Navigation Manager with passion for business and people who will join our team!

As Business Navigation Manager you lead performance management in BA Chili. You steer the business through the strategic landscape, take lead in fact-based decision-making, process development and support with tools, insights, and recommendations, you enable goal achievements and customer satisfaction.

Together with your colleagues in the management team, you steer the business towards growth and goal achievement, identify business potentials and enable efficiency in ways of working. You also lead and develop the functional Business Navigation team.

Your assignments will be to lead and develop financial and business performance management framework in BA Chili and the translation of business plans into goals, steering towards a balanced totality. To secure relevant performance reporting and follow-up, lead fact-based decision making and actively work to increase the overall business performance understanding. You will also have a leading role in making us even better in product development through development process development. 

You lead project portfolio management in BA Chili to ensure the right priorities in relation to Business Plan ambitions and a balanced portfolio and to explore the future by forecasting, building scenarios and contingency plans. Responsible within the unit for financial planning (budgeting and forecasting), adherence to power of authority (POA) structure and adherence and compliance to accounting policies and rules.

Furthermore, you will be: 
•    Responsible for ensuring relevant digital tools and business solutions in the unit and for identification and escalation of tool development and improvement needs
•    Being responsible for communicating financial and business results, insights, recommendations, and goal achievement in a clear and inspiring way, making business analysis available and actionable

This is a permanent role, and you will be part of the management team. The position is in Älmhult.

To shine and succeed in this role you need to have a strong, broad commercial business knowledge and cross-functional understanding of IKEA operations and a proven track record in meeting/exceeding results in a business leadership role. You can translate long-term priorities into clearly defined business objectives and KPIs. Your strong drive to make things happen and reach results combined with good analytical skills and fact-based business leadership capabilities support making the right decisions and their implementations. You are a strong communicator making it easy for the many to understand and translate numbers and graphs to their reality.

You have the capability to navigate in the unknown. Being action-oriented and result driven, you enjoy working in a fast-paced and future-oriented, continuously developing organization, having a strong ability to adapt to change. You are great in building partnerships based on trust, collaboration and support across functions and it´s clear that you live the IKEA values and nurture a strong and living IKEA culture. 

You have a bachelor’s degree or corresponding knowledge in relevant area (e.g., Business Administration and/or controlling). You are a good communicator and as English is our corporate language, the ability to express yourself in English is a prerequisite.
