Job Description
Site & Logistics is a part of Workplace Operations which is an exciting internal function within IKEA of Sweden. As a Site Coordinator, you are an important player for making things run smoothly. Do you take pride in keeping the exhibitions in tip top shape? In that case, this role will make you go to work with a smile.
Right now our Site Coordination team is looking for a new colleague.
As a Site Coordinator, you ensure that the exhibitions are as shape as new and that all visitors get the service they need.
• Take care of all bookings of meetings and events at IKEA1 and IKEA2
• Maintain the exhibitions at IKEA1
• Are our face and support towards all visitors at IKEA1
• Handle orders of consumables, coffee break (coffee, tea, breakfast, fruit, fika) and working clothes
• Order IKEA-products to events, exhibitions and product development
Furthermore, you will also support the reception at IKEA of Sweden, the switchboard and in Post & Packages department.
To shine and be successful in this role we believe that you are a well-organized, self-driven and a highly service oriented person. You are passionate about doing the best for the business to actively work for cost efficiency. You can build trustful relationships with people on all levels and take pride in setting high standards in place to meet the demands from the business. You have good computer skills with excellence knowledge in Microsoft Office. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of the systems PIA, OMS and iShop is meritorious.
