    大连宜家家俱制造有限公司隶属于宜家工业集团，位于美丽的渤海之滨大连金普新区，成立于2006年，是瑞典宜家集团在中国建立的***个绿色环保生产企业。工厂占地面积约3.7万平方米，总投资达2000多万美元，现有员工约600余名。工厂成立初期，主要生产宜家经典品牌波昂椅、脚凳以及摇椅等系列产品，2015年扩大经营范围，增加新产品，包括儿童波昂、佩洛、圆镜等一系列产品，2019年再次扩大生产，增加新产品-叙勒。其中97%的产品出口海外，3%的产品内销中国。

Role and Responsibility:

1. Create all Technical Descriptions for Lacquering, Assembling and Packaging processes for standard operation process;

2. Standardize packaging Requirement and optimization;

3. Maintain DWP system in good order;

4. Improve Lacquering, Assembling and Packaging processes for continuous improvement;

5. Maintain, update Engineer Change Request in Lacquering, Assembling and Packaging processes;

6. New Technical solution in Lacquering, Assembling and Packaging processes;

7. Work on New lacquer, new packaging materials development

8. Participate in New product development process ;

9. Cost calculation in Lacquering, Assembling and Packaging processes;

10. Maintain Lacquering, Assembling and Packaging processes in BOM (Bill of Material ) system; dworks Knowledge is preferred but not must.

Qualification:

1.Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or Chemical related major;

2. 5 years’ working experience in manufacturing;

3. Have Lacquering knowledge is plus;

4. Excellent English skill CET 4 or above; can communicate with native English speaker freely;

5. Excellent Offices skill in Word, Excel and PPT is must;

6. Familiar with CAD Knowledge for drawing;

7. Have Knowledge of BOM, ERP/MRP )system;
