We are now establishing a Data & technology department in Core business Range, with the assignment to lead by holding together data & technology in the core business. All with the purpose to enable business movements. We are looking for setting the competence agenda based on business needs and towards upskilling and reskilling of competences in data & tech area to a new and exciting levels.

For this we are looking for someone who will be responsible for leading and driving multiple projects, delivering on transformational processes and digital initiatives in Data & Analytics Range.

As part of the Analytics team in the Data & Technology department, you will contribute to develop and deploy digital products, strengthening the common ways of working, and supporting project team members to grow and deliver great results. You will work closely with teams across the Inter IKEA group and with our partners. You are passionate about the digital transformation and see process and solution development as a key to make life easier for the many people and make a clear footprint in line with the IKEA direction.

In this role you will:

  • Plan, manage and deliver assigned projects, with time, costs and scope according to expectations - always choosing the best delivery approach, always optimizing team utilization, always on top of forecasts and plans.
  • Identify, monitor, manage risks and dependencies in order to secure the project delivery, involving the necessary stakeholders, when required.
  • Collaborate and work closely with Digital Product Leaders
  • Identify and manage stakeholders for the project to be delivered successfully, developing and delivering the relevant communication plans, including organizing and running the project steering groups.
  • Lead and work closely together with peers across the totality of Inter IKEA to strengthen a common and uniform way to deliver digital solutions.
  • Act as Scrum Master in connection to changes in existing solutions and products, dedicated to one or more specific domain in Range Data & Analytics.
  • Demonstrate the benefits of agile processes in the wider organisation and contribute to building agile capability, across Core Business Range.
  • Work in compliance with the Inter IKEA project delivery framework and in accordance with the IKEA values.

You will report to Rikard Herminge, Solution Team Manager in Data & Analytics, Data & Technology Core Business Range, delivering on the needs of Core Business Range with the totality of IKEA in mind.
